Managing subscription

The Free tier

When you sign up for the first time, whether in the Pro or Business plan, you will be given a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you can use all Ailaysa’s features. The number of words to be translated may be limited.

Plans

In My Account, click Subscriptions to manage your plans and payments. Currently Ailaysa supports 3 plans:

Pro:

This is a per-user plan for everyone who wants to translate using Ailaysa. Individuals and organisations who want to familiarise themselves with the system can use it.

Business: 

This is a multi-user plan for organisations. 20 users are included. (Users are your own workforce. However, you can hire an unlimited number of freelancers). Along with these features, the key distinction between the Pro and Business plans is the feature to build an internal team for your project managers and in-house editors.

Custom:
It is for larger organisations and corporations that require everything to be customised to their specific requirements. Completely configurable and expandable to accommodate new and existing features.

Note: Qualified freelancers will have Pro Vendor plans in Ailaysa Marketplace, where they will not be charged for subscription. When they work for customers within Ailaysa, their usage costs are covered by the customers. But they can purchase add-on credits to use the platform for their own or other projects.

Payments

Ailaysa is integrated with the Stripe payment system, which is popular with thousands of global platforms due to its ease of use and security. Our support team will assist you with any payment-related issues.

Changing plan

You can change your current paid subscription plan anytime.  

Go to User portal,

Click Subscription -> Manage my subscription

Click Update plan to change to any of the available plans at Subscription page

Choose a suitable plan you want to update to. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly under PLANS AVAILABLE section to check all plans available. Click Continue for the plan you want to switch.

Click Confirm. Follow the steps and make the payment. You will now be updated to your new subscription plan

It is to be noted that your subscription billing cycle will now change to the latest subscription (updated) plan. Additionally, any term credit left in the previous subscription will be available for consumption until the end of its term. 

Cancelling your subscription

At any time, you can cancel your subscription plan.

Go to User portal,

Click Subscription -> Manage my subscription

Click Cancel plan under the CURRENT PLAN section

Click Cancel plan to cancel your current subscription plan

It is to be noted that you can still use remaining term credits of the cancelled subscription plan until the end of billing period

Once the period of the cancelled subscription plan expires, you will not have any active subscription. You will not be charged automatically.
