Essential settings for all users
Accessing User portal
User Portal, or My Account, is where your user profile and contact information are set. At the User portal, you can also manage your subscriptions and payments.
These are the basic information you would add in the user portal.
If you are logging in for the first time, you will be directed to User portal automatically. In other cases, click on your profile picture on the top right corner of the page, and click My Account
You will be redirected to User portal
To start with, first enter primary information for your account:
In the menu sidebar, click Settings -> User settings
In the Billing address and Profile information sections, fill all mandatory fields and enter other fields as you need.
Note: If you are a vendor and want to be part of Ailaysa Marketplace, click Editor settings and follow it. (See more: How to become a freelancer to sell your services?)
Profile picture
You can add your image or avatar as your profile picture.
Click the profile picture circle space on the blue banner.
Upload your image. Preferred size: 200×200 pixels. You can always change the image later.
