Building internal team of project owners and editors

Ailaysa provides a way to build your own internal team of project managers and editors through its Team feature. (Only available for Business plans)

Go to User portal -> Team

Give a suitable name to your team and click Next

Building external team of marketplace vendors

Once your team is created, you can right away start inviting members to your team. (or you can also click Cancel and invite users whenever you wish by visiting this page later)

Enter the name and email ID of an internal member you want to add to your team. Select the role of internal member, either as a project owner or as an editor.

Click Invite

An invitation mail will be sent to the given email ID containing login credentials.

Until the invitee logs into Ailaysa, the status remains “Credentials Sent”.

Once the invitee logs in, the status will change to “Logged In”

You can add more members to your team by clicking on Add users

To remove an internal member, hover over the internal member and click on Delete(bin) icon in the right corner

Depending on the role selected for the team member, different levels of permissions are granted.

An internal member of the role “Project Owner” has all the permissions of the Account holder (The Ailaysa user who has invited the “Project Owner”) except making payments / purchases and checking credit balances.

An internal member of the role “Editor” is granted permission only to perform MTPE for the assigned tasks. (See How to assign tasks)

Maximum number of internal members allowed per team is 20

Building external team of marketplace vendors

You can hire an unlimited number of marketplace vendors to build your external editor team

To do so,
1. Go to Transeditor
2. Click on Find Editors tab
3. Select a Source language and Target language. You shall also include additional filters provided such as subject matter, content type etc

4. Click on the profile picture of any vendor to view service rates and information. Click  “Chat icon” to discuss with the vendor before proceeding to hire

5. Click Hire to send an invitation to the vendor

Now the status changes to “Invite sent”

An invitation email will be sent on your behalf to get the vendor’s consent to be associated as an editor with you.

If the vendor accepts your invitation, the vendor becomes a part of your external team of editors. Now the status changes to “Hired”

You can now assign and manage tasks with an external editor (See How to assign tasks)
