The essential information for your billing
Before making any purchase, such as a subscription plan or an Add-on, it is required to have your billing information filled and saved. To do so visit User portal,
Click Settings -> User settings
Subscription billing
Every subscription plan has a billing cycle. For example, a Pro-Monthly subscription plan has a billing cycle of one month. Similarly, a Pro-Annual plan has a billing cycle of one year.
Subscription billing is done at the end of a subscription’s billing cycle. For example, if you have subscribed to a Pro – Monthly plan, you will be billed for your subscription at the end of your plan’s billing cycle which is one month from the date of purchasing the subscription. The next billing for your subscription will happen 2 months from the date of purchasing the subscription. The cycle continues until a payment is not made during a billing cycle which leads to cancellation of your subscription.
Three days prior to the end of the billing cycle, you will be reminded through your registered email ID about the payment to be made.
If you have not made the payment within the end of the billing cycle, you still have a grace period of one week after the end of the billing cycle to make the payment. If you fail to make the payment even after the grace period, your subscription will be cancelled.
Add-ons billing
Add-ons are billed on a count basis. Add-on has a fixed price, therefore depending on the number of add-ons purchased, you will be billed accordingly
Payments
Go to User portal -> Payments
You can view receipts and download invoices for all subscription payments. You can also view receipts for all payments for add-on purchases
Marketplace pay outs
Marketplace payouts are currently left to the mode of payment agreed by the stakeholders. Soon a payment system will be integrated within Ailaysa for seamless business between vendors and customers

Go to User portal, Click Support -> Select support option as Billing. Write your message and submit
