What is an add-on?
An Add-on is a credit package that has no expiry. Add-ons are provided as a unit of 10,000 credits. A single Add-on purchase recharges your account with 10000 credits. Add-on are most suitable for situations when there is a sudden need for large number of credits
How to buy an add-on?
To buy an Add-on, you must have an active subscription plan
Go to User portal,
Click Add-ons from the left side menu bar, choose the number of add-ons you want to purchase.
Click Purchase credits
Follow the steps and make the payment
Validity period of an add-on
There is no validity period for Add-on. An Add-on once purchased will be available for consumption irrespective of your subscription status.
If you are a regular user, you must have an active subscription to buy an add-on.
However, if you have been accepted as a marketplace vendor, you can buy add-ons without an active subscription.
